Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is the use of Bacteroides fragilis in the prevention and treatment of cancer treatment-induced diarrhea. Specifically, provided is the use of Bacteroides fragilis in cancer treatment-induced diarrhea. In addition, further provided in the present invention is the use of Bacteroides fragilis in the preparation of a composition for preventing and/or treating side effects of chemotherapy or targeted drugs, such as food intake change, body weight change, diarrhea, inflammatory factor increase, intestinal mucosa injury, mucosa congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration and/or gland damage.
