Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of eye drug preparation. Aiming at the problem that complications may be caused by the current prevention and treatment means for corneal neovascularization, the present invention provides a use of CB-839 in the preparation of a drug for inhibiting corneal neovascularization. According to the present invention, a drug loaded with CB-839 can obviously inhibit mouse corneal neovascularization, inflammatory cell infiltration is reduced, obvious side effects are not found, and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
