Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition comprising an adipose stem cell-derived exosome as an effective ingredient for improving renal function and/or preventing, relieving, alleviating, or treating a renal disease. A composition of the present invention can prevent, relieve, improve, or treat various renal diseases by reducing the production of inflammatory cytokines associated with nephritis or acute kidney injury (AKI) and inflammation-related factors and effectively improving nephrotoxicity-related indices and renal functions.
