Title:
USE OF CYCLICALLY SHIFTED BASIC PATTERNS FOR DETECTION RATE OPTIMIZATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/127769
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
Embodiments provide a data transmitter of a communication system, wherein the data transmitter is designed to transmit a data signal corresponding to a hopping pattern, wherein the data signal has a plurality of sub-data-packets that are transmitted in a manner distributed in accordance with a frequency-based and/or time-hop-based occupancy of the frequency band indicated by the hopping pattern, wherein the data transmitter is designed to derive the hopping pattern from a basic hopping pattern on the basis of a shift in the basic hopping pattern in frequency and/or time, wherein the data transmitter is designed so as, when deriving the hopping pattern from the basic hopping pattern, if at least one hop in the hopping pattern due to the derivation of the hopping pattern from the basic hopping pattern on the basis of the shift in the basic hopping pattern in frequency is outside a permissible frequency range, to shift the at least one hop to the permissible frequency range on the basis of a cyclic shift in frequency and additionally to shift the at least one hop on the basis of a linear shift in time.
