Abstract:
Provided are the use of dihydroberberine type compounds and (±) -8-acetonyldihydroberberine type compounds in the preparation of products for preventing, alleviating and/or treating tumour diseases associated with the STAT3 signaling pathway, wherein the dihydroberberine type compounds comprise dihydroisocoptisine, dihydrocoptisine and dihydropalmatine, and the (±) -8-acetonyldihydroberberine type compounds comprise (±) -8-acetonyldihydroisocoptisine, (±) -8-acetonyldihydrocoptisine and (±) -8-acetonyldihydropalmatine. The tumour diseases associated with the STAT3 signaling pathway are selected from various tumours, especially colorectal cancer.
