Abstract:
A use of a fiber-optic immunosensor in environment detection. The principle of immunity is utilized to evaluate the concentration of pollutants in environment by using the combined strength of an antigen and an antibody, and the pollutants can be heavy metals. The use of the fiber-optic immunosensor in environmental detection has high sensitivity and strong specificity.
