Abstract:
Provided is use of a fullerene structure comprising at least one active ingredient selected from a group consisting of an oil-soluble hollow fullerene, an oil-soluble metallofullerene, a composition of the oil-soluble hollow fullerene and the oil-soluble metallofullerene, a water-soluble hollow fullerenes, a water-soluble metallofullerene, a combination of the water-soluble hollow fullerene and the water-soluble metallofullerene, a pharmaceutically acceptable ester of the above six, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the above six, in preparation of a medicament for treating tumor. Provided is also a pharmaceutical composition, a health care product or a health food comprising the fullerene structure. Further provided is a preparation method of the fullerene structure.
