Abstract:
Provided is the use of human platelet-apoptotic vesicles in the preparation of a formulation for promoting osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells. Further provided is a bone defect repair formulation, comprising a PLGA scaffold material, wherein the human platelet-apoptotic vesicles are loaded on the surface of the PLGA scaffold material.
