Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of wheat flour-containing product, wherein hybrid $i(Rumex acetosa L.) is used, i.e. it may be used in producing wheat flour, dried noodles, ready-to-eat noodles and pastry and the like. The obtained products have nature, complete and balanced nutrition as well as excellent appearance and taste characteristics, because the hybrid $i(Rumex acetosa L.) is a kind of high nutrition plant having amounts of amino acid, protein and carotene.
