Abstract:
The use of an intestinal microorganism as a marker of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in a premature infant. The intestinal microorganism is one or more of Klebsiella, Prevotella and Streptococcus. An isolated intestinal flora nucleic acid sample is sequenced to obtain a sequencing result; the relative abundance of the intestinal microorganism in the intestinal flora is detected according to the sequencing result, so as to obtain a relative abundance value; and the obtained relative abundance value of the intestinal microorganism is compared with a set value. The obtained result can be used as intermediate information to assist in the diagnosis of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in the premature infant. The 16SrDNA gene in a stool sample of the premature infant is sequenced by means of a high-throughput sequencing technique, and the relationship between the intestinal flora and the occurrence of BPD in the premature infant is discussed for the first time, thereby providing a reliable basis for the prevention and treatment of BPD.
