Abstract:
A use of a maize ZmRAFS gene in improving the heat resistance of crops. A nucleotide sequence of the maize ZmRAFS gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and a sequence of a protein encoded by the maize ZmRAFS gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The ZmRAFS gene is overexpressed in a plant, and raffinose is synthesized by using sucrose and galactinol, so that the content of raffinose in a maize leaf is increased, and the heat resistance of maize is improved.
