Abstract:
A use management system comprises a facility device having use control means for making a control to switch the facility device into a usable or unusable state, a mobile storage medium stored with identification information, a mobile storage medium reading device for reading the identification information from the mobile storage medium, and an information management device, with which the facility device and the mobile storage medium reading device are communicably connected. The information management device includes decision means for deciding the presence/absence of a using right, from a using right information database, in which the personal information of the mobile storage medium owner and the using right information of the facility device are registered in relation to the identification information, from the identification information received from the mobile storage medium reading device, and from the using right information registered in the using right information database. Further included is means for transmitting, in case the presence of the using right is decided, an instruction signal to set the facility device into a usable state, to the facility device.
