Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines, and particularly relates to use of α-mangostin in preparing a medicament for treating melanoma and a medicament. The results of embodiments show that the α-mangostin can inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion capabilities of melanoma cells, and inhibit melanoma growth, so the α-mangostin can be used for treating melanoma.
