Abstract:
The use of MOGAT2 in the preparation of a product for diagnosis and prognosis estimation of hepatocellular carcinoma, and the use of a reagent, which is useful for detecting the expression level of MOGAT2, in the preparation of a kit for predicting the prognosis condition of a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma. Experiments verify that MOGAT2 is low expressed in tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma and high expressed in para-cancerous normal liver tissues. By means of detecting the expression level of the molecular marker MOGAT2 for the diagnosis and/or prognosis estimation of hepatocellular carcinoma, the defects of current screening strategies for the diagnosis and prognosis of liver cancer can be supplemented and improved.
