Abstract:
The use of an NIR-II photothermal material in preparation of a drug for reversing multidrug resistance of cancer cells. The NIR-II photothermal material is a small organic molecule fluorophore and has near-infrared-II fluorescence emission and a photothermal effect, the near-infrared-II fluorescence emission range being 900-1700 nm. Reversing multidrug resistance of cancer cells is realized on the basis of the photothermal effect of the NIR-II photothermal material, universality being good; and compared with a photodynamic effect, the photothermal effect has a wider effective treatment range. In addition, the NIR-II photothermal material has near-infrared-II fluorescence emission and an excellent photothermal effect, is suitable for photothermy, and can inhibit a protein expression pathway of cells such that expression of a drug-resistance related protein in drug-resistant cells is blocked and drug resistance cannot be generated, thus effectively accumulating a chemotherapeutic drug in cells so as to generate cytotoxicity, and realizing the reversal of drug resistance of drug-resistant cancer cells.
