Title:
USE OF NUCLEIC ACID LIBRARIES TO CREATE TOXICOLOGICAL PROFILES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2002068698
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
This invention features methods of generating toxicity profiles of compounds by screening expression libraries with the compounds. The profiles contain lists of proteins (or other biomolecules) to which the compounds bind and optionally information on the strength of binding.
