A use and permission sharing method and device for an electronic menu, comprising: receiving a menu sharing instruction or a menu sharing request, the menu sharing instruction and the menu sharing request comprising information of a sharer and a sharee (S202); and according to the menu sharing instruction or the menu sharing request, sharing/transferring with/to the sharee a menu permission owned by the sharer, wherein the menu permission comprises the use permission, number of uses, and/or use duration of a menu (S204).
