Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of biology. Specifically disclosed is the use of resveratrol in cell electrotransfection, and further disclosed are an electrotransfection solution containing resveratrol and a method for cell electrotransfection. By means of the present invention, resveratrol is added to electrotransfected cells, and tests prove that the electrotransfection efficiency of fibroblasts can be improved, and the objective of improving the electrotransfection efficiency without influencing cell growth can be achieved. Resveratrol is naturally harmless, is safe to cells, and provides a safeguard for the use thereof in the birth of transgenic animals.
