Title:
USE OF SE-DR AFFINITY PEPTIDE IN PREPARING DRUG FOR TREATING RHEUMATIC DISEASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/006125
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a use of an SE-DR (shared epitope-containing HLA DR molecule) affinity peptide in preparing a drug for treating rheumatic disease in rheumatic disease patients who are tuberculosis positive and/or have hepatitis B, solving the problem of limited drug selection for these types of rheumatic disease patients. Also provided are a pharmaceutical composition including the SE-DR affinity peptide and a non-antigen-specific anti-rheumatic disease drug, and a use thereof in preparing a drug for treating various types of rheumatic disease. The pharmaceutical composition can rapidly inhibit the progress of rheumatic disease, and can implement sustained release after drug reduction and withdrawal, thereby achieving the goal of thoroughly controlling rheumatic disease.
