Abstract:
Provided is the use of a swim-bladder-derived heparin mucopolysaccharide in the preparation of an angiogenesis inhibitor, which use relates to the technical field of medicine. The swim-bladder-derived heparin mucopolysaccharide has the structural unit of α-ΔGlcUA-[1→3]-GalNAc-4S, and has a strong inhibition effect on angiogenesis. 400 mg/L of the swim-bladder-derived heparin mucopolysaccharide can achieve an inhibition rate of 90.3% for the growth of human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells; and 1 mg/mL of the swim-bladder-derived heparin mucopolysaccharide has an inhibition rate of 77.15% for the angiogenesis of chicken embryo allantoic membranes.
