Abstract:
The present invention relates to a diagnostic composition for renal cell carcinoma comprising preparations for measuring the level of expression of Transglutaminase 2 (TGase 2) and/or Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL). The present invention also relates to a renal cell carcinoma diagnostic kit comprising the composition, and to a method for diagnosing renal cell carcinoma using the composition or the kit. With the composition and kit for renal cell carcinoma diagnosis according to the present invention, renal cell carcinoma can be diagnosed in an early stage, and therefore the composition and kit can be widely used in the prevention and treatment of renal cell carcinoma in a safe and effective manner.
