Abstract:
The present invention relates to use of a triterpenoid saponin compound with a general formula structure represented by formula A in the preparation of a medicament for preventing and/or treating nodule, fibrosis, or granuloma diseases, wherein the Glu is a glutamic acid group, and the Rha is a rhamnose group; in addition, when -R1 is –OH, (bb) is (cc), or when -R1 is –H, (dd) is (ee). With regard to the use described above, compared with the prior art, the compound provided in the present invention with a general formula structure represented by formula A above has the advantages of exhibiting small liver and kidney damage, being safe when used, having few side effects, causing small gastrointestinal tract stimulation, having stable drug effect, allowing the purpose of eradicating diseases to be easily achieved, and the like.
