Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering materials, and specifically relates to the use of waste engine oil for modifying a rubber powder, wherein the waste engine oil is used for modifying a rubber, and same is then applied to the modification of asphalt; and with an optimal ratio of same and a matrix asphalt, a viscosity reducer and a stabilizer, after the steps of pre-mixing the matrix asphalt, the modified rubber powder and the stabilizer, and high-temperature and high-speed shearing and viscosity reduction of a premix, asphalt modified with a high dose of the modified rubber powder is prepared. The present invention uses a rubber powder resulting from waste tires that are difficult to degrade and waste engine oil as raw materials, and modifying the rubber powder with the waste engine oil and further applying same to the modification of asphalt can improve the compatibility of the rubber powder with the asphalt, and can effectively solve the problem of treating waste tires. The present invention makes full use of waste engine oil, saves costs and facilitates the sustainable development of the transportation industry.
