Assume that user D is a common friend of user A and user B in a Web service X.  An API in a server of the Web service X stores in a conversion table, scramble identifiers S2 and S4 generated to correspond to the relationship between the friends while correlating the scramble identifiers S2 and S4 to the identifier for identifying user A and the identifier for identifying user B, respectively.  When the identifier of user A is inputted, the scramble identifier S2 is returned as an output for identifying user D as a friend of user A.  Similarly, when the identifier of user B is inputted, the API in the server of the Web service X returns the scramble identifier S4 as an output for identifying user D as a friend of user B.  Here, the server of the Web service X has an API which returns such a scramble identifier that S2 is not identical to S4.
