Abstract:
Disclosed are a user churn prediction method and apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring service consumption characteristic data, position activity characteristic data and social network characteristic data of a user in a first preset time period, the position activity characteristic data referring to related data generated when the user communicates with base stations in the first preset time period, and the social network characteristic data referring to related data generated when the user communicates with other users in a social network in the first preset time period; and inputting the acquired service consumption characteristic data, the position activity characteristic data and social network characteristic data into a pre-trained classifier to perform calculation and output a calculation result, the calculation result being a churn prediction result of the user. Embodiments of the present invention can improve the accuracy of user churn prediction.
