Abstract:
A method by which an interactive AI agent system performs user authentication is provided. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring user identification information; searching a user database for user authentication data on the basis of the user identification information, wherein the user database includes characteristic data of each user, and the authentication data includes a question/answer list including one or more questions generated on the basis of the characteristic data of each user included in the user database, and one or more answers semantically associated with each question; selecting one question from the searched for question/answer list so as to provide the question to a user terminal; receiving an answer to the question provided from the user terminal; and performing user authentication on the basis of the received answer.
