According to the present invention, a user-customized acupoint stimulation device using a pulse signal comprises: a pulse measurement unit which measures a pulse of a user; an acupoint stimulation unit which stimulates a plurality of predetermined acupoints for a hand of said user; and a control unit which classifies the corresponding acupoints into infrequent pulse stimulating points or frequent pulse stimulating points by using information on a pulse change before and after the stimulation applied to each of said plurality of acupoints, determines whether the pulse of the user measured in said pulse measurement unit is within the range of a normal pulse, and controls said acupoint stimulation unit so as to stimulate acupoints belonging to one of the infrequent pulse stimulating points or the frequent pulse stimulating points if the measured pulse is out of the range of the normal pulse, wherein said infrequent pulse stimulating points are acupoints at which the pulse is increased during the stimulation, and said frequent pulse stimulating points are acupoints at which the pulse is decreased during the stimulation.
