Abstract:
A data collection method used for constructing a user portrait, comprising the following steps: collecting an online data record of a user by means of one or more network devices connected to a data network (301), wherein the online data record comprises user attribute data capable of identifying the user; collecting an offline data record of the user by means of a plurality of physical contacts located at different locations (302), wherein the offline data record also comprises the user attribute data capable of identifying the user; identifying a data set in a multidimensional database by using the user attribute data as a keyword (303), wherein each data set comprises a plurality of data records of a same user; and merging the online data record and the offline data record having the same user attribute data into the data set of the user (304).
