Provided is a technology for achieving simultaneous communication with a plurality of wireless communication systems that use different wireless access technologies. One embodiment of the present application relates to a user device that supports simultaneous communication with a first wireless communication system and a second wireless communication system that use mutually different wireless access technologies. The user device has: a transmission/reception unit that transmits/receives wireless signals to/from a first base station that belongs to the first wireless communication system and a second base station that belongs to the second wireless communication system; and a capability information notification unit that notifies the first base station or the second base station of capability information related to simultaneous communication with the first wireless communication system and the second wireless communication system.
