Abstract:

Provided is a user device comprising a processing unit for carrying out direct communication with another user device and reporting the communication quality of the direct communication and terminal types involved in the direct communication to a network and a communication unit for executing communication to which radio control based on the communication quality and the terminal types is applied, wherein the terminal types include information indicating the category of the other user device and information indicating the category of the user device.
