Abstract:
This user device is provided with: a reception unit that receives, from a base station device, UL scheduling and DL-UL settings designating the resource used in the downlink (DL), the resource used in the uplink (UL), and the resource used flexibly in time division duplex (TDD); a transmission unit that performs UL transmission to the base station device on the basis of the DL-UL settings and the UL scheduling; and a control unit that determines a target value with which the UL resource use rate is controlled so as not to exceed said target value, and controls UL transmission on the basis of the target value.
