Abstract:

This user device has: a reception unit that receives first information indicating whether or not, for each power class of a plurality of the power classes, a threshold value of a reception level to define a condition under which measurement for cell selection is performed is to be corrected with a correction value regarding uplink transmission power of the user device; and a control unit that, on the basis of the power class of the user device itself and the first information received by the reception unit, determines whether or not the threshold value is to be corrected with the correction value.
