Abstract:

This user device comprises: a reception unit which receives from a base station device a plurality of threshold values to be used for a determination in a coverage enhancement mode; a control unit which, on the basis of whether the user device is of a prescribed type, selects from the plurality of threshold values received a threshold value to be used for the determination in the coverage enhancement mode; and a communication unit which communicates with the base station device in an enhanced coverage, using the selected threshold value to be used for the determination in the coverage enhancement mode for coverage determination in the coverage enhancement mode.
