Abstract:
A user device used in a mobile communication network that supports a plurality of wireless access techniques, wherein the user device is provided with a receiving unit which, when a call dispatch request transmitted from the user device using a first wireless access technique to the mobile communication network is rejected, receives a call dispatch rejection signal including a timer value and an operation instruction from the mobile communication network, and an operation control unit for suppressing call re-dispatching on the basis of the timer value included in the call dispatch rejection signal received by the receiving unit, the operation control unit determining, on the basis of the operation instruction included in the call dispatch rejection signal, whether or not the call re-dispatching can be suppressed when the user device has changed the wireless access technique that the user device uses from the first wireless access technique to a second wireless access technique.
