Abstract:
Provided is a user device that communicates with a plurality of base stations including a first base station and a second base station, wherein: the user device comprises a signal transmission unit that transmits data to the first base station and activates a data retransmission timer; and the signal transmission unit retransmits the data to the second base station if a delivery confirmation for the data transmitted to the first base station is not received by the user device before the data retransmission timer expires.
