Abstract:
This user device is provided with: a selection means which receives, from a base station, a plurality of signaling values, and a plurality of maximum transmission power values corresponding to each of the plurality of signaling values, selects one signaling value among the plurality of signaling values, and selects the maximum transmission power value corresponding to the selected signaling value; and a control means which performs cell selection or cell reselection by using reception level values obtained by measuring cells to be subjected to determination during cell selection or cell reselection, and correction values obtained by subtracting, from minimum reception level values predetermined for the cells to be subjected to determination, a compensation value based on the maximum transmission power value, to determine whether the reception level values of the cells to be subjected to determination satisfy a prescribed condition.
