The UE (200) comprises: a transmission unit (210) that transmits, to the wireless base station and the other wireless base station, uplink-transmission-related information that indicates the state of uplink transmission; and a control unit (230) that controls the execution or suspension of transmission of a prescribed type of uplink-transmission-related information.
