Abstract:

User equipment (100) that communicates with a plurality of networks (200A, 200B) by using a plurality of subscriber identification modules (111, 112) communicates with a base station (210A) of the first network (200A). The user equipment (100) acquires measurement timing setting indicating the timing of measuring, by the user equipment (100), of a wireless state in the second network (200B). The user equipment (100) transmits, to the base station (210A), a radio resource control (RRC) message including an information element based on the measurement timing setting.
