Abstract:
Provided is a user equipment location information sharing method and apparatus, the method comprising: obtaining information on a serving cell the user equipment is currently located in (S102); searching for geographical location information corresponding to the serving cell according to the information on the serving cell (S104); sharing the geographical location information to the Internet (S106). The present invention solves the problem of being incapable of collecting location information of a user effectively, thus effectively reducing comprehensive cost for a mobile Internet service system to obtain location information of a user, facilitating the Internet service system to widely develop location based marketing or other services in a more convenient way.
