Abstract:
UE 200 is provided with: a measurement report transmission unit 230 that transmits a measurement report to a radio access network on the basis of an entering condition to the target of the measurement report; and a number-of-cells determination unit 220 that determines the number of trigger cells serving as a trigger of transmission of the measurement report to the radio access network. The measurement report transmission unit 230 transmits a measurement report when the number of neighboring cells satisfying the entering condition is equal to or greater than the number of trigger cells, and the measurement report transmission unit 230 prohibits transmission of measurement reports until a predetermined time has elapsed since the transmission of the foregoing measurement report.
