Abstract:
In 5GS, for an on-boarding procedure to acquire information required for UE to be connected to an SNPN, it has not been determined which procedure, between remote provisioning via a user plane and remote provisioning via a control plane, should be selected and executed. This UE and devices in a network provide a communication means and a selection method involving: receiving/transmitting information or the like indicating requests and/or ability information; selecting, on the basis of received/transmitted information, a means from between remote provisioning via a user plane and remote provisioning via a control plane, which are mutually different in procedural configuration; and executing the means.
