Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to control a band width part (BWP) so that suitable scheduling is performed in the transmission and reception of a signal in communication which uses one or more frequency bands (for example, BWP) set in a carrier. This user equipment is provided with: a receiving unit which uses one frequency band in a plurality of frequency bands that are partially set in a frequency direction in a carrier, and which receives a random access response (RAR); and a control unit which determines, from the plurality of frequency bands, a frequency band used for receiving the RAR.
