Abstract:
This user equipment is provided with: a reception unit that receives a master information block (MIB) in a cell; and a control unit that, on the basis of a value, determines whether to configure a control resource set for a common search space on the basis of the MIB, or on the basis of cell-specific configuration information relating to a downlink control channel, said value being determined on the basis of a first parameter within the MIB and the frequency range of the cell.
