Disclosed are a user plane data processing method, a related device and system. The method comprises: user plane data to be transmitted is acquired by a terminal; an estimation is made on the packet length for data transmission that could be granted by a base station to produce an estimated grant value; the user plane data is packaged on the basis of the estimated grant value to produce first packaged data; an actual grant value transmitted by the base station is received, the actual grant value expressing the packet length for data transmission that the base station actually grants to the terminal; the first packaged data is processed on the basis of whether the packet length of the first packaged data matches the packet length indicated by the actual grant value to produce second packaged data; and the second packaged data is transmitted to the base station. The implementation of embodiments of the present invention solves various restraints affecting communication delay and communication rate in the prior protocol architecture, improves on communication delay, and implements rapid transmission of user plane data.
