Abstract:
An user plane protocol stack includes the IAGW user plane protocol stack, the ERS user plane protocol stack and the UE user plane protocol stack. The IAGW user plane protocol stack includes a new convergence layer protocol (NCLP) layer, the GTP-U layer, the UDP/IP layer, layer L2 and layer L1. The ERS user plane protocol stack includes the GTP-U layer, the UDP/IP layer, layer L2 and layer L1, the enhanced radio link control protocol layer, the enhanced MAC layer and the enhanced physical layer. The UE user plane protocol stack includes the NCLP layer, the enhanced radio link control protocol layer, the enhanced MAC layer and the enhanced physical layer. A lossless movement method is also provided for maintaining the NCLP sequence number in the IAGW and implementing header compression. The data is transmitted through the Iu’ interface after the header compression, thereby the transmission efficiency is increased. The sequence numbers are alternately determined with the peer communications between the UE and the NCLP layer of the IAGW, therefor the seamless and lossless movement can be realized.
