Abstract:
A user selectable shaped staples (22) and a stapler (10) for dispensing the staples. The stapler has a replaceable guide housing assembly (34) designed for the particular staple having components including a punch (64), die (56) and guide (48) conforming to the shape of the head of the staple for driving the staple. The staples are comprised of a head portion (24) and parallel leg portions (28) wherein the head portion is of a style depicting a form such as a trademark, company logo, a letter of symbol of any kind.
