Abstract:
A user service flow charge deducting method and device are disclosed, and the method includes the following steps: determining the reported downlink service statistic flow according to the downlink service flow and the packet-loss flow; transmitting the downlink service statistic flow by an event report indication message to a policy and charging enforcement function for calculating user service flow charge deduction. Aiming at the problem in the art that the packet-loss flow of the downlink service flow based on Proxy Mobile IP (PMIP)/Mobile IP (MIP) interface link and the active packet-loss flow of the downlink service flow in Bearer Binding and Event Report Function (BBERF) device can not be deducted during charging the user service flow, the user service flow charge deducting method for the said downlink service packet-loss flow is provided, and the accuracy of service flow charge in Policy and Charging Enforcement Function (PCEF) (integrated in grouped data network gate PDN-GW) is improved.
