Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a user sleep staging method and system, the method comprising: acquiring bioelectrical signals of a user from an ear side of the user by means of a device worn on the ear side; extracting biometric signals from the bioelectrical signal of the user so as to comprehensively analyze the sleeping conditions of the user; and it may be determined according to the impedance value of the device worn on the ear side whether the device worn on the ear side is able to work normally. Signal collection is more convenient and easy as a result of acquiring a signal by means of the device worn on the ear side; and the sleeping state of a user can be more accurately determined by means of considering multiple signals, while it is ensured that the device is worn correctly so as to ensure the accuracy of measured signals. The present invention can be applied in the field of artificial intelligence for use in intelligently monitoring the sleeping conditions of a user so as to subsequently targetedly improve sleep quality for the user on the basis of the monitoring result.
