Abstract:
In order to suppress a decrease in frequency utilization efficiency even when a reference signal is not used in demodulation of uplink control information, this user terminal is characterized by having a control unit which, on the basis of notified uplink control information, determines whether or not to use prescribed resources in transmission, and a transmission unit which, in the case it is determined to use the aforementioned prescribed resources in the transmission, transmits a signal with the prescribed resources, wherein the prescribed resources are first resources not assigned to another user terminal or second resources assigned to another user terminal.
