Abstract:
In order to appropriately acquire a cell level measurement result when using a multibeam, this user terminal has a receiving unit which receives a prescribed signal, and a measurement unit which, on the basis of the aforementioned prescribed signal, acquires a measurement result relating to one or more beams, and, on the basis of the measurement result relating to the aforementioned one or more beams, acquires a cell level measurement result.
